Polygiene CEO has moved shares and increased her holdings

Publish date: 30 Aug 2021

Ulrika Björk, CEO of Polygiene AB has moved 110,000 shares between depots and at the same time has taken the opportunity to increase the holdings by another 16,000 shares to a total value of SEK 495 200.

“There is no reason for concern, it is merely a relocation between my depots. To move between different investment options, you must sell and buy the share again. The transaction was carried out under controlled conditions and the main part (100 000 shares) were handled outside the market. Everything is correctly registered at FI”, comments Ulrika Björk, CEO of Polygiene.

“At the same time, I took the opportunity to increase my holding by 16,000 shares, after we presented a great interim report last week,” she concludes.

Ulrika Björk holds a total of 231, 000 shares.
