Decision on dividend is determined by the Annual General Shareholder Meeting and based on the proposal from the Board of Directors. Payment of dividend is arranged by Euroclear.
The amount of possible dividend to be paid to shareholders of Polygiene Group HQ will depend upon several factors including profit, financial position, cash flow and requirements for operating capital. In the coming years the Company does not anticipate paying any dividend as available funds will be used for continued expansion.
