On July 19, 2016, all 6,000 warrants in the warrant program 2014/2016 in Polygiene AB have been exercised for subscription of shares. The warrant program was launched in the spring of 2014 while the company was still a private company. Following recalculation due to the share split that was implemented in the autumn of 2015, each warrant conferred the right to subscribe for 200 shares at a subscription price of SEK 3 per share. The registration of the new shares at the Swedish Companies Registration Office is expected to take place during the next few weeks.
Through the exercise of the warrants, among others Christian von Uthmann (CEO) has increased his shareholding with 492,000 shares and Peter Sjösten (CCO) has increased his shareholding with 324,000 shares.
In the aggregate 1,200,000 new shares will be issued in Polygiene AB through the exercise of the warrants. Following registration of the new shares, the number of shares in Polygiene AB will increase from 19,316,000 to 20,516,000 and the share capital will increase from SEK 1,931,600 to SEK 2,051,600.
